A concept for six private villas between Sant Josep and Sant Antoni, on Ibiza's west coast, made to show what the launch site of a villa development can be.

The idea

Almara is planned as a hamlet, not a development: stone paths and olive terraces link the six villas instead of shared corridors. The site reads in the order a buyer asks: where it is, how it lives, which villa, how it is built.

Distances stand in for a map, from Es Vedrà and Cala Conta at fifteen minutes to the airport at twenty-five. Each villa has its own pool, garden and view of the sea.

The palette is the villas' own materials: lime render, local stone and warm timber.
