This website is owned and operated by Samana Studio ("Samana", "we"), an immersive web-design studio.

This site presents Samana Studio, its approach and its work, and lets visitors get in touch to request information or a project quote. No products or services are sold or contracted directly through the site.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — design, source code, 3D scenes, text, imagery and the Samana visual identity — is the property of Samana Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Some third-party 3D models are used under their own licences; these are listed and attributed on the Credits page. Reproduction, distribution or modification of the content without prior written permission is not allowed.

4. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". Samana Studio takes reasonable care to keep the information accurate and the site available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors, and is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. The site may link to external sites; Samana Studio is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

5. Governing law & jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law and, in particular, complies with the spirit of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). Any dispute will be subject to the Spanish courts with jurisdiction over the owner's registered address.
